The course is newly launched and the curriculum looks fine and the fee is very minimal. The future prospects or placements can be seen only when the first batch passes out. B.Voc in Hospitality Management (Three-Year) applicants are required to have a senior secondary school certificate or an equivalent examination from a recognized board with not less than 45% marks in an aggregate of best 5 papers. Admission to the B.Voc in Hospitality Management will be done on the basis of the score obtained by the applicant in entrance test to be conducted on 29th May 2018, 2:00 to 03:45 pm, strictly as per merit. I don't think that there is any lateral admission directly to the second year of B.E. One needs to have a diploma in civil engineering with 70% overall and 55% in each. Then they will sit for the entrance exam and they have to attend 67% questions to get to the safer side. I don't know the cut off of last year's, but I feel that it will be irrelevant for this year as a lot of students keep changing every year. And for further details, feel free to come and visit the campus. Think twice, act wisely.

The certificate for non-creamy layer can be obtained from the government or from the court. You can use that certificate's information while filling your form offline/online.

It is a self finance course with the best infrastructure and decent faculty members. There is an industrial exposure too. Plus, JMI has a single "University Placement Cell", so they will bring hotels & companies, etc. But it is really up to the students, what they have learned and how they have managed to showcase their soft skills, that matters the most.

One can get it from Makhtab situated on the campus or can be downloaded via web. It is divided into:-
- 50% weightage is of general and business studies.
- 25% is of logical reasoning.
- 25% is of English language.
Questions are ranging from moderate to tough. One can also refer Arihant's entrance book of MBA (Jamia Milia Islamia), questions similar to that and can be bought from Amazon/Flipkart. Or one can read any standard book for these topics.

You can come to the campus, go to the Makhtab and get previous years' questions, including those of this year. Also, read standard books on history. All the best.

One can come to the campus and go directly to the Makhtab and get previous years' papers which will give you an insight of what would be asked in the exams, or follow any standard book on sociology and current affairs. That will do the trick. All the best.

It was in the year 2015 that a few students got the placement of 38 lacs. In the same year, Microsoft offered 19 students a package of 16 lacs.

I don't think so. But then again, it depends on the lot coming this year. Keep in touch with the official website of JMI (jmi.ac.in).

That depends on how things roll out this year. May be they get the required lot under 20k, or they don't get above 50k. Keep following the university's official website. All the best.
