Two seats in both the institutions are reserved for candidates from the state of Jammu and Kashmir. These two seats are supernumerary over the 200 and 45 seats, respectively, at NISER and CEBS.

You just need 60% in your B.Tech or B.E. course overall throughout the 4 years. But keep one thing in mind that the total number of seats are only 12, so you need to get a way more than 60% in order to get the desired output.
