IIT Bombay is a better option to pursue course in it with excellent academic staff with lots of experience and has good facility and infrastructure for the benefits of the students.

These new IIT are so new, that even the faculty also don't know the expected package. But, yes the main thing of package is on the student, if you bear good talent, then you can easily get good pack. Otherwise, a good institute also can't be able to give you such pack.

It is good, but IIT Jammu is still new. So, you can't expect that much placements as expected from normal IITS like Delhi Roorkee etc.

You can't get CSE in IIT Jammu / Bhilai. So if you can get CSE in bits Hyderabad then go for it because there is no chancr in IIT in CSE.

At this percentile, you can apply for bharati Vidyapeeth or any others Pune engineering colleges. Because Pune is best for Studies and most number of colleges in india and because of IT sector many companies are easily available for placement.

No, you cannot. SSC JE exam requires at least Diploma in required field affiliated by AICTE. If you have Diploma then okay if not then you cannot. You are only 21, Finish your B.Tech, then a lot of opportunities are waiting for you. All the best.
