The cutoff for open category is usually above 99.85 %ile.So it seems tough.

Dear VAIDEHI.we cannot say exactly this percentile will be helpful.but. get good percentile then try for it. don't limit yourself. last year it was 95 for OC 75 for SC cut offs. so consider accordingly
