Dear Shreyas, there are many good institutes like IMS, TIME, Career Launcher, BYJU's, etc. We are not authorized to comment on any class in particular.Self study matters a lot in the preparation, no matter whichever class you join. There is lot of material available on the web. I am a currently a student at JBIMS. So, let me know if you need any info related to JBIMS.

Dear Smriti, yes, JBIMS does offer MBA in Finance. Other specializations are Marketing, Operations and HR. Depends on the number of people opting for a particular specialization.

See both engineering and commerce course can help you land land into MBA, but both have their pros and cons. Commerce will built up your base for MBA while engineering will shape more of your technical skills . I would also suggest you to choose what interests you more. May be you are interested in engineering and who knows you will land up doing ME instead MBA(just give it a thought).
Hope this helps :)
