Yes, you can apply for the programme.
The School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies (SLLCS) is the only School of Study that provides a Bachelor's degree in this University i.e. BA (Hons). The course is offered in the following languages Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Pashto, Russian and Spanish.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks. Candidate must secure the following minimum overall score in the entrance examination for admission to the undergraduate programs of study: General Category: 30% marks.

More courses are offered in Japanese language. Based on your profile you can get jobs. In other words they teach Japan at free of cost. you might have to study Japan language at least 6 months full time and then only you will get jobs. In India you can learn the preliminary, that is not enough to get a job.

No, you can't get direct admission for Japanese hons in JNU because admission process is by entrance test mode then there will be merit screening.

The Entrance Test Online Application Available on the Official Website of Jawaharlal Nehru University. Application form for all courses is issued from 15th September 2017.
