I'll suggest you to opt for Jaypee as this is better then the Shiv Nadar. Also, Jaypee has a better faculty, quality placements and an awesome infrastructure.

Faculty at Jaypee Institute is great. We have a good set of faculty who are masters in their respective domains and fields.
We have senior professors who are Ph.D. in their respective departments with more than 10 years of teaching experience.
All the teachers are amazing in taking queries, problems, and doubts of the students.

Yes, Hostel Facility is provided by JIIT.
There are more than 5 hostel buildings on the campus:
3 are for Girls
2 for Boys
The number of Hostel seats for boys is greater than for the girls.
The rooms are shared on a twin basis provided with AC (during Night). The hostel is accompanied by Mess, which provide good quality food and tasty too.

I cannot compare both the colleges but I can tell you some specific points about JIIT if you are considering a decent CS/IT college:
1) JIIT I. e. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida - provides quality education in the field of IT and is considered best in DELHI/NCR.
2) Being specifically an Information Technology college, the education imparted and the curriculum is amazing
3) The infrastructure is great. We have amazing faculty members and amazing Computer Labs.
4) The LRC (Learning Resource Centre) which is our library is piled up with books of every domain.
5) The subjects which are taught are always set according to th
