Taking about sec-62, The hostel life is AWESOME! PURE AWESOME! A 21-floor tall building is where you'll live. About food,Food quality is good and hygienic and taste depends on the perception of the consumer.
At sec-128, Hostels are fine. AC facility is provided, Gym, Swimming Pools, etc. Food at college at awesome (lunch), while the dining is very hygienic and the quality is very good.

No. I am sorry to say that your marks are low as per the standards. You could still try for JIIT Solan, although there is a very little chance. You should try to go for other entrance examinations.

Yeah, sure. Computer Science is a branch which does not depend on a college much. If you have enough spirits, you really don't need anything. Besides, JIIT offers great placements in the fields of IT. Placements vary according to the amount of hard work - from a basic Rs.3 Lacs to as high as Rs.18-22 Lacs. It was just ranked 60th best college in India.

For sector 128: Below 1 - 1.5L

The college, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, is good. It is one of the best private institutes out there. If you can score well enough for a government college, it's of course better. Placements are also good here, and it totally depends on your hard work in college. As far as student life goes, sec-62 has a better "student life" due to its connectivity to various places. Also there's Shipra Mall and what not. On the other hand sec-128 has lush green surroundings, and great view but lacks in connectivity.
