JIIT Noida M.Tech admission is completely entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to the JIIT Noida M.Tech course must appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or other entrance exam such as the JIIT PGCET or CUET PG. Apart from this, candidates are also requested to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria to be eligible for JIIT Noida M.Tech admissions. Candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate in their graduation.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the course through the application form on the official website. JIIT Noida offers admission to various BTech/Integrated BTech specialisations on the basis of JEE Main ranks and Jaypee LEET percentage. BTech in CSE was the most in-demand specialisation for admission to the college. To get admission to BTech in CSE on the basis of JEE Main exam, General AI category candidate must have a rank of 59706 or above.
To get BTech in CSE via Jaypee LEET, General AI category candidate must have a minimum percentage of 96.
