The JECRC University hostel fees are given below:

Candidates who have completed BCA/ BSc Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Rajasthan state OBC Non-creamy layer / women category) in all subjects with pass in English can apply for JECRC University MCA programme. The selection for MCA is based on merit of the aspirants in the qualifying exam or CUET-PG score.

The total annual fee for JECRC University BBA ranges between INR 2.9 lakh and INR 4.2 lakh. Aspirants who are selected for admission need to pay the first installment, alumni and admission fee for seat confirmation. Besides, candidates also need to pay a one-time non-refundable deposit of INR 10,000. 

Candidates who have completed Class 12 examination from CBSE or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Rajasthan state OBC Non-creamy layer / women category) are eligible to apply for the BBA course at JECRC University. Besides, the selection for the BBA programme is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam or CUET-UG score.

JECRC University offers BTech for four-years at the UG level. The programme is spread across eight semesters. The university offers BTech to candidates who have completed Class 12 in relevant subjects. Below are some of the BTech specialisations offered at JECRC University:

Students who are selected for scholarship need to fulfil specified criteria to continue the same. Below is the detailed criteria for continuation of JECRC University scholarship:

• Students must score a minimum of 8.0
• 75% attendance in all courses (Theory/ Lab/ Project/ Seminar etc. in the previous Academic Year in both the Semesters)
• No compartment in any semester

Yes, students pursuing a UG course from JECRC University can get a scholarship based on their Class 12 score. Students must score the specified aggregate to avail the benefit. Scholarship criteria is mentioned below:

Students can get admission to courses such as BA (Hons), BCom, BCA, MCA, etc. without any entrance exam scores. Such aspirants are shortlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. 

The latest JECRC University BTech placement report has not been released. However, according to the overall report, over 2,230 offers were issued during 2025 placements. The topmost and average packages given to students in the placement drive 2025 were INR 33 LPA and INR 6 LPA, respectively. A total of 140 companies visited the campus as well. Additionally, more than 800 students were placed with a salary package of more than INR 7 LPA. The topmost package was provided by Amazon.
