No, as a foreign national, you do not need to qualify JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced. However, you must meet the other eligibility criteria specified in the Information Brochure of JEE (Advanced) 2025, such as educational qualification and age limit. Additionally, you must register directly for JEE (Advanced) 2025 without appearing for JEE (Main) 2025.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE 2024 if you are in the top 20 percentile of your respective board. According to the revised eligibility criteria, apart from their All-India rank in JEE-Main, a student should either have scored 75% and above in Class 12 board exam or figured among the top 20 percentile candidates of the respective board.

If you wish to only give the JEE Advanced exam without the intention of seeking admission to IITs or NITs (National Institutes of Technology), you may still be allowed to appear for the exam, subject to meeting other eligibility criteria set by the organizing body. Yes, 75% criteria required to appear for JEE Advance 2024. As you haven't mentioned any category so, this opinion is based on General category only.

If your JEE Main score is 75.9430624, then you meet the eligibility criteria for appearing in the JEE Advanced exam, as the cutoff percentile for the OBC-NCL category for JEE Main 2023 is 73.6114227. Congratulations and good luck with your preparations for the next stage of the exam!
