The JoSAA counselling is free of charge for candidates. They have to pay no fee to get registered for counselling. However, after the seat confirmation, candidates have to pay a certain amount for confirmation of admission. After the admission process is completed, the given amount will be added to the semester fees of the candidate.

The amount for seat confirmation differs from category to category:

General and OBC Category: INR 35,000.

SC/ST/Gen-PwD/OBC-NCL-PwD/SC-PwD or ST-PwD Categories - INR 15,000

To know more about theexamination, candidates can refer to the official website or Shiksha.

Students aspiring to know how to apply for colleges after JEE Mains must follow the JOSAA counselling and seat allotment procedure. Candidates will have to visit the JoSAA allotted colleges after the seats are allotted by the JOSAA authorities.

Apart from this you can also apply on IIPE VIZAG, RGIPT, etc. which are not listed in josaa through their official site.

No. Students can appear for the NIPER JEE counselling only ONLINE. NIPER institutes conduct the NIPER JEE counselling process in online mode and therefore from registration to the final admission, all the processes are carried out through online portal. Only institute reporting is conducted in offline mode to confirm the admission.
