Yes of course you can participate in CSAB special round. In fact it is made for such conditions.
Also I'll suggest to fill more choices as there will be high chances of getting a college.

To apply for JEE Counselling at ITM University, Gwalior, follow these steps:
1- Check the eligibility criteria for the B.Tech course, which requires a JEE Main scorecard.
2- Register your candidature on the official website of the university.
3- Download the ITM University Gwalior admission form and submit it together with the application fee of INR 1000 in the form of a Net Banking/ Card/ DD made payable to ITM University and due in Gwalior, along with all necessary documentation.
4- Wait for the ITM NEST score and counselling process to be announced.
5- Attend the counselling process and follow the guidelines provided by the university.

Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering and Technology, also known as GKCIET was established in the year 2010 at Malda, West Bengal.

Yes, admit card is required at the time of counselling. If any aspirant does not have his/her duly attested admit card, he/she will not be allowed to take part in the counselling process. The National Testing Agency released the admit card of NCHMCT JEE 2023 on May 10, 2023. Candidates were able to download NCHM JEE 2023 admit card by entering their login details i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth at nchmctjee.nta.nic.in. Moreover, they were also asked to provide their COVID-19 infection status, before proceeding to download admit card.
