General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95+ percentile score to get into NITs. For reserved category candidates, an 80+ percentile score is enough to get into NITs.

A 23.4 percentile score in JEE Mains, is quite low, amigo, to be really frank about it. You will have to look for some other options such as state level exams or for some other private universities. If there is JEE Mains once more, you can give that too.

Hello,
Absolutely, you have a good chance to get decent NIT with this marks. According to your marks. You can expect your category rank around 1000-1200. Which is enough for getting core as well as non core branches. You can get core branches like mechanical, electrical in some of top NITs like MNIT Allahabad, NITK and NITR. Hello,
Usually, the 80-90 Percentile in JEE Main 2023 is close to the 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 rank in JEE Main. That means a candidate with an 80-90 percentile in JEE Main has a chance to get admission to NITs and IIITs for B.Tech courses.

Hello Meet, according to your percentile, your approximate rank is 66,000. So, you will end up scoring 66k rank or somewhere around that. If you have home state quota, then you will definitely get an NIT. But I suggest you wait for official result. But you will definitely get lower NIT.

Hi brother, General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95+ percentile score to get into NITs. For reserved category candidates, an 80+ percentile score is enough to get into NITs. So if you have 1 more attempt of JEE Mains then you should go for the JEE advance or you can get a NIT if you are eligible for it.
