According to previous year cutoffs, SC/ST students or a PWD can get CSE in MNIT but for General/OBC students it's almost impossible.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Main and Advanced again after completing your 12th board exams. There is no limit on the number of attempts for JEE Main but for JEE Advanced you can attempt a maximum of two times in consecutive years. However, you must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exams in order to appear for them. The eligibility criteria for JEE Main includes passing the 10+2 examination with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects and obtaining a minimum aggregate score of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or being in the top 20 percentile of the respective board. It depends on your Category but at this percentile, it is not possible to get CSE in any college for any category student.

In NIT you will not get CSE branch but you can go for some good private college and state govt colleges that takes admission on the basis of JEE main
