Hello Shivani,
Yes definitely so. Normal speaking National testing agency conducts this test once before the board examination and once after the board examination. A student has the choice of appearing in both the examination with score of best of the two taken into consideration for deciding your percentile as well as the ranking. So do not worry and start preparing for JEE Mains earnestly right from now so that you can do well in the first of the two exams. Best wishes to you.

This is quite a low percentile. You can't get a seat in NIT Jalandhar.

Hello Kiran, on the basis of ranking in JEE Mains, a student can seek admission only in NIT. For IIT, ranking in JEE Advanced matters. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello,
You can try, but I am not sure. But, I think 80 percentile with the OBC category is better. But this year competition is more as compared to previous years.

Hello Preetam,
Admissions in UP are not based on JEE Mains and hence your rankings in this examination is actually of no use for seeking admission in a college in UP. For this, you need to appear for the entrance exam that is conducted by UP for this purpose. Best wishes to you.
