Hello D Mugudi, I must say that you have scored quite well in JEE Mains. Last year cutoff declared for OBC-NCL was at about 72. You have obtained much more. Hence I think you will get admission. But inspite of this , I would strongly advise you to appear for remaining session of JEE mains with the aim of improvement in your percentile.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Sukanta Das, I must say that you have scored quite handsomely in JEE Mains examination by scoring more than 65 percentile. Last year cutoff declared for your catagory was at just above 50. In view of this, I feel that you should get admission in a NIT. But still, I would like to advise you to appear for the remaining two sessions of JEE Mains with aim of improvement in your percentile. For your reference I am attaching cutoffs for different categories declared last year. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518,

Hello Anjali, there is no fail or pass. Based on your performance related with others in your shift, NTA will give you a percentile. If you desire, you can prefer to appear for remaining two sessions of JEE Mains to try to enhance your percentile. Best wishes to you.

Chances of getting an NIT at this percentile are very less. I would suggest you to focus on remaining attempts. For accurate prediction check using Shiksha college predictor - https://www.shiksha.com/college-predictor.
