The admission process in NITs and IITs are done through JOSSA counselling and CSAB counselling. If one qualifies for JEE Advanced they get option to apply for IIITS also. If you want to take Bihar Student Credit Card then firstly you Should have to go to DRCC Office of your District and then in DRCC office and check the name of your college in list. If you found your college name then you can apply for loan after the 1-2 months of paper work your loan will be sanction as per the grade of your city where are your college.
