Yes, you can apply for IIITH through both JEE Main score and Spec mode since the authorities accept applications for IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission through four modes JEE Main DASA, UGEE/SPEC and Olympiad/KVPY. Candidates can choose their preferred mode of admission as per their eligibility.
