No, BIT-Mesra fills its seat via JEE Mains not via JCECE. People often get confused between BIT Mesra and BIT-Sindri, they are different colleges. One is Birla Institute of Technology-Mesra and other is Birsa Institute of Technology-Sindri.

No, commerce streams are not allowed to sit in any engineering entrances of India, so you cannot apply for JCECE.

Hello Vishal,
You need to produce your domicile of Jharkhand at the time of admission into any of its colleges, so if you have it then you can definitely go for it.

JCECE 2018 Eligibility:
Candidates have to fulfill multiple eligibility criteria in order to appear for JCECE 2018. Candidates who does not fulfill any of the below mentioned JCECE eligibility criteria will be disqualified for admissions during counselling. The eligibility criteria for JCECE 2018 is as follows:
Criteria I Educational Qualification
Candidates are eligible to apply for JCECE 2018 if they:
Have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject as well as
