The curriuclum followed at JMC for BCom and BCom (Hons) is specified by the University of Delhi. For both the courses, students have to study a combination of core, elective and Ability Enhancement papers/subjects. Each subject carries certain credits. The total number of credits to be earned by students pursuing BCom and BCom (Hons) at Jesus and Mary College are 132 and 148, respectively. While the Ability Enhancement papers are same for both the courses, the number of core and discipline-specific elective papers is more in the curriculum of BCom (Hons) as compared to BCom (Programe).

Jesus and Mary College and Kamala Nehru College are popular all-girls colleges offering BA courses in Delhi. Both the colleges are affiliated with the University of Delhi. The subjects included in Jesus and Mary BA curriculum vary across the course specialisations. For each specialisation, the curriculum comprises of core and elective subjects relevant to the particular discipline. Each subject carries certain credit points as the currciulum is based on the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). The AECC papers are common for all BA specialisations. This papers include English, Hindi, MIL Communication and Environmental Sciences.

BA (Hons) in History at JMC is a UG-level course that lasts three years. The course duration is divided into six semesters. In each semester, students have to study various core and elective subjects included in the course curriculum. As the college is afflilated with DU, the curriculum specified by the university for BA (Hons) in History is followed at the college. Jesus and Mary College provides placement opportunities to its students. However, the college does not release course-wise placements data. Based on the college's NIRF Report 2024, the median package offered to the students of UG (3-year) courses of the college was INR 5.5 lakh in 2023. It was INR 5 lakh in 2022. As per the JMC reviews available on Shiksha.com, the college's placements cell has a tie-ups with Yes bank, NDTV, High Court of Delhi, Ministry of Finance, Airtel and many other companies. However, the placement opportunites are limited for BA courses.
