Jesus & Mary College does not guarantee placements at 100% even if it has a high placement record each year. The maximum compensation package in 2023 was INR 21 LPA. In recent years, many students have secured jobs with respectable companies like Accenture, Deloitte, and ICICI Bank. Still, the placement percentage varies from year to year, reflecting student preferences as well as the competition of the job markets. The college's remarkable placement achievements stem from its persistent attempts to connect students with several recruiters and arrange internships; yet, placement for all students cannot be assured.
