The library of XLRI Jamshedpur was established in 1949. XLRI's library is well-equipped with a vast collection of study materials and various reference books. Postgraduate students are allowed to borrow a maximum of four books at a time for a period of ten days whereas Fellow students can borrow 10 books for a month. The college library is big and is one of the best college libraries present in India.

XLRI - Xavier School of Management has computer resources, a computer centre, an academic block, auditoriums, sports facilities, and several other facilities. The library has a collection of 69,830 books, bound volumes of journals, several national and international periodical subscriptions, and various other.
