The XAT exam is conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to management courses. The election process for XLRI, Jamshedpur, is as follows:
1. The admission process consists of three stages: shortlisting of candidates, group discussion plus Personal Interview and final selection.
2. Once the XAT results are announced, the candidates are shortlisted for group discussion and the Personal Interview on the basis of their XAT scores.
