As per the eligibility criteria described by official guidelines from NIELIT Ranchi, the qualification needed for admission in certificate courses is 10+2 and some basic computer knowledge.
The short-term certificate courses are meant to get the candidates acquainted with IT skills. Admission to these courses is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Yes, you can get admission in NIELT Ranchi for certificate courses with 60% marks in 12th as the criteria for admission is 10+2 and basic computer knowledge (or some programming language knowledge for any respective specific language-oriented course). NIELIT Ranchi offers a fairly wide range of courses for students ready to learn ranging from Digital Literacy courses, to Short term and Long term courses.

Students of NIELIT Ranchi should be confident in their career path as the center has signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) to support startup aspirants students. In association with the Directorate of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE), a Model Career Centre is also functioning to provide a variety of employment-related services. Also, an independent Placement Cell is providing placement support and assistance to all the students.
Also, multiple visits of the students are organized in leading Industries of the region so that they can get well-informed
