As per the eligibility criteria described by official guidelines from NIELIT Ranchi, there isn't any cutoff criteria for addmission in certificate courses.
The general criteria for admission is 10+2 and some basic computer knowledge. These short-term certificate courses are meant to get the candidates acquainted with IT skills. Admission to these courses is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Yes, you can get admission in NIELT Ranchi for certificate courses with 60% marks in 12th as the criteria for admission is 10+2 and basic computer knowledge (or some programming language knowledge for any respective specific language-oriented course). NIELIT Ranchi offers a fairly wide range of courses for students ready to learn ranging from Digital Literacy courses, to Short term and Long term courses.

Students of NIELIT Ranchi should be confident in their career path as the center has signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) to support startup aspirants students.
