JIPMAT

JIPMAT exam follows a specific marking system where candidates earn +4 marks for every correct answer. However, an incorrect response will lead to a negative marking of one mark (-1).

JIPMAT exam has 100 questions distributed across three sections. Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning contain 33 questions each, while the VARC section contains 34 questions

JIPMAT question papers are downloadable from the official website of NTA. Candidates must visit nta.ac.in and click the 'Downloads' tab to access the question papers.

General category candidates must obtain at least the 50 percentile in each of the three exam sections of JIPMAT exam to be eligible for IPM admissions at IIM Jammu.

JIPMAT exam is highly competitive, with approximately 14,000 candidates competing for just 120 combined seats at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. One in hundreds of candidates is selected for admission.

JIPMAT question paper has a total of 100 questions divided into three sections. These sections include

• Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension

JIPMAT exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) rather than a paper-based exam. It is conducted at various testing centres situated across more than 75 cities in India. Each city may have multiple test centre.

JIPMAT eligibility conditions vary for both IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu in terms of gap year while checking Class 10 ans 12 scores. Other eligibility criteria to appear for JIPMAT remains the same, irrespective of the participating institute.

These institutes administer their specific admission processes only after the JIPMAT results are released by the NTA. This stage occurs following the declaration of scores and the release of cutoff marks
