Candidates who have Master's degree with a minimum of 55 per cent marks or equivalent exam from UGC-recognised universities and institutions are eligible to apply for JKSET/ LASET exam. However, reserved category candidates need 50 per cent.

Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test JK SET is a State Eligibility Test conducted by the University of Kashmir. Candidates willing to work as an Assistant Professor in various colleges and universities in the state Jammu and Kashmir can apply for JK SET.
