Hi,
Yes, 75% board marks is compulsory for admission in any all india level government colleges. But you keep in mind that it's for only General caste students not others castes. If you belonging from others castes then you need 65% board marks only. Thank you.

The Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs) are a group of autonomous public institutes of higher education under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The SPAs lists three institutes located at Bhopal, New Delhi and Vijayawada.
SPA offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs under the architecture, planning and design departments. The undergraduate degrees offered at School of Planning and Architecture are Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning with a total of 141 available seats.

Yes, as per your score in paper 2 of JEE Mains. You can get a seat in spa for bachelor of architecture courses. You should apply for this college.

A candidate who has qualified a recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2020 are eligible for admission in B.Arch course. The candidate must have passed and attained 50% marks in 10+3 Diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject.

Candidates must have secured at least 50 % marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a subject in Class 12th or qualifying examination. Candidates those who want to take admission in SPA Vijayawada have to qualify JEE Main Paper 2.
