Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 37741 and closing rank was 60693 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms. Some universities allow it and some won't, plus you need to have good score in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
