Journalism courses are offered at graduation and postgraduation levels. To become a journalist, one can complete a Bachelor's in mass communication/ mass media/journalism after +2. After completion in a related graduation field, one may complete a Master's in journalism or mass communication. A graduate (who has a flair for writing) from any other field can also opt for a postgraduate course in journalism.

No, its certainly not necessary to do MBA if you want to come a travel journalist. Being a travel Journalist is more about knowing and understanding the culture and aura of place you visit. I will suggest with your studies also start exploring different places near by and shoot documentaries. will help in your communication skills and also how you look at different aspects of cultural diversity.
All the best.

Well, I'm hoping that you are already very much into sports. To be a sports journalist you can start off by writing articles in your blog. You can even start writing for Live Indian Sports News, Scores and Analysis.
Once your writings are accepted and getting a nice readership I'm sure many doors would open for you. You can even try to get Internships at the sports desks of Newspapers or in Sports magazine. That would really give you an experience of the professional environment and you would get a better answer to the question you just asked here.
