No, the CUET exam is not compulsory for BSc at JSPM University. While the university accepts CUET for admissions in BSc but students can get admission based on their marks in Class 12. The university also accepts AIFSET exam score for BSc forensic science.

The JSPM University accepts CUET/AIFSET for BSc courses. For BSc forensic science, the university accepts valid scores in the AIFSET exam, while for other specialisations in BSc, valid scores in CUET exams are accepted. However, the university also accepts merit-based admission in non-technical BSc courses.

Yes, the JSPM University offers BSc course with durations of 3 and 4 years, respectively. The JSPM University BSc course includes specialisation in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Animation and VFX, Physics, etc. The admission is generally merit or entrance exam based. Students can do honours for 3 years or honours with research for four years. The fees of the course range between 1.2 Lacs and 3.58 Lacs depending on the specialisation chosen. The BTech course at JSPM University is generally considered worth it because of the industry-aligned curriculum and placement opportunities with the package of 4-8 LPA on average. The quality infrastructure, faculty, libraries, labs, canteen, and more make the university worth everything. The university follows strict rules against ragging and has a dedicated anti-ragging commission.

While comparing the COEP and JSPMU, it is seen that the admission process of both is pretty same. The students must have passed 12 Class with a science stream to get admission in both. Both the universities accept exams like JEE/MHT CET for taking admission in BTech. The JSPM university offers 11 specialised subjects with approximately 1140 seats, while COEP offers 10 specialised subjects with approximately 758 seats. No, direct admission is not possible in the JSPM University BTech course, as the university requires entrance exams for JEE/MHT CET/PERA CET. However, for lateral course direct admission in the second year can be possible if the candidate has a three-year engineering DIPLOMA/B.Sc. in the respective discipline with 45% marks.

Yes, the JSPM university follows UGC guidelines for fee refund policy. If someone wants a refund of his fee,  he must write an application to withdraw from their enrolled programme including clear explanations of reason for withdrawal. The amount is sent to the candidate's bank account after the successful process of withdrawal.
