I have got 24.5 marks in JUET & have 45% in 12th, am I eligible for addmission in BA LLB 5-year? I also have a medical certificate (for PH).

See, PH is a very strong category but class 12th marks are not that enough. It depends upon your luck and also you got 24.5 that are merely low soo may be your category permits you. It totally depends upon your luck.
