Yes, candidates can get direct admission to the BA programme offered at KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce as the college only accepts the scores of the qualiying examination. There is no entrance test for admission at KJSAC BA course.

Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce BCom admission is made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. The last round percentage cutoffs for the year 2023 for BCom programme for the General All India category was closed at 84.5%. Therefore, it is difficult for the General category candidates to get admission in the BCom programme at Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce at 81%. However, if candidates belong to the reserved category, the cutoffs vary for them.

KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce admission 2025 will be merit based. Admission to all the certificate, diploma, undergraduate, PG Diploma and postgraduate programmes is made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in their respective qualifying examination. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce PhD admission is subject to candidates' performance in Somaiya Vidyavihar University PhD Entrance Test (SVU-PET) followed by a Personal Interview.

Candidates who want to take admission to any of the undergraduate or postgraduate level programmes at KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce must achieve the minimum cutoff declared by the institute. According to the cutoff data for the year 2023, the last round percentage for General All India category candidates for BA and BCom programmes stood at 84% and 84.5% respectively.
