  4. Research-based - Designed to help research students aim, research and increase their opportunities. Please note - student proposals must include the name of at least one faculty member acting as a mentor or advisor.
  5. Subject-based - Subject-based scholarships are designed for talented yet underprivileged students. These are available for Humanities students who scored first division in their previous academic year.
  6. KJSIEIT - It includes a variety of scholarship options based on a student’s need, merit and interest. Most of these scholarships are funded or recognised by the Maharashtra government aimed to help economically backward students.

Furthermore, students at KJSAC with a family income of less than Rs 8 lakh/ PwD/ children of defence personnel/ sportsperson, are granted financial aid to achieve their degrees. One of the premier institutions located in the Somaiya Vidyavihar campus, K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce is permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai. This college, along with other colleges of MU, released its first, second and third K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce merit list 2020 for UG programmes on August 6, 11 and 17, respectively. Colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai (MU) release multiple merit lists every year followed by a counselling and document verification process to offer admission to students for UG and PG courses. These three merit lists were followed by an additional merit list, which was released on August 25.

Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA & the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Placements: K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce is one of the best and most reputed colleges in Mumbai. Placements here are up to the satisfaction. Every year the placements of our college are good. Most of the students are eligible to get admission to our college.

It is one of the best colleges in Mumbai.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college. More than 50 companies visit here every year to recruit students. The average salary package offered after B.Com would be around 2 LPA-3 LPA. The highest salary package offered in our college for B.Com is around 6 LPA-7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 1 LPA-2 LPA.

It is an absolutely amazing college, with good staff, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Somaiya is a well-known college. Now, it has become a university. The faculty members are very good. Arts students do not get placements, but in first year, companies come for freshers to work with them. In 2018, Axis Bank came for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Somaiya has the best infrastructure than other universities. More than 3 canteens, 4 libraries and a mess are available for students. The meals are provided for Rs. 50. It has the best ground, large chessboard on ground, football, basketball and badminton ...

Campus and college life are the best here.

Placements: More than 2,000 students enrolled for the B.Com course in K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce. It is a basic level graduation course which is offered by Somiya college. It is an autonomous college affiliated with Mumbai University. There are not many placement offers. Few companies visit our college for placements. However, it is a well-recognised college in Mumbai.
