MBA admissions at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) are completely based on the merit of students in their UG degree along with their performance in the national/ state/ university-level entrance exam.

The MBA programme at KJSIM is the two-year, full-time residential MBA program. The eligibility to apply for the MBA programme at K J Somaiya Institute of Management is as follows: Minimum 50% aggregate in your graduation from recognised university. Qualifying scores of CAT / XAT / GMAT* / NMAT (Only 1st attempt will be considered) / CMAT.

K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) Financial Aid is awarded for the entire duration of the programme. Below is the list of scholarships eligibility categories by K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM):

1. Family income of less than INR 8 Lacs per annum.
2. People with Disabilities (PwD)
3. Wards of defense personnel disabled or deceased in the line of duty.

Note: To become eligible for the scholarship. Candidate must fall under any one of the above-mentioned criteria.

The candidate’s family income must be less than INR 8,00,000 annually to qualify for Financial Aid. The eligibility criteria to avail of the K J Somaiya Institute of Management Financial Aid are tabulated below:

• Family income of less than INR 8,00,000 per annum.
• People with Disabilities (PwD).
• Wards of defense personnel disabled or deceased in the line of duty.

K J Somaiya Institute of Management grants merit-based scholarships in tuition fees for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The merit-based scholarships are offered to candidates who have demonstrated academic excellence with other significant achievements in either sports, arts, community service, or any other achievement as evidence of the student’s outstanding capability. The total number of scholarship is 5 and will be equivalent to 100 percent of the tuition fee.

Candidates must have passed a minimum of three-years bachelor's degree from a  University recognised by University Grants Commission or the Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate to apply for KJ Somaiya Institute of Management MCA programme. Candidates must also have Mathematics as one of the subjects at Class 12 or graduation level to apply. Candidates appearing for final-year examination can also apply.
