Hi there,
If you are not from Karnataka than you can't apply for KCET as KCET needs Karnataka domicile but yes you can obviously give COMEDK, so if you are not from Karnataka than COMEDK is the only option & if you are from Karnataka than KCET is a better option.

I think you will agree with me that your rank in KCET is a bit on the lower side. However getting admission in particular college and branch depends on how those ahead of you give their choice. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.
