Hi Rajith, Eligibility Criteria for Mass Comm Courses:
In order to pursue any journalism and mass comm course Diploma programme, you will have to first complete your education up to class 12 from a recognised board of education. You are required to score at least 45% to 50% marks in class 12 in order to be eligible for the undergraduate degree courses. Can't say but, It will get you a seat in the branches of print and media, industrial production, but not on the day of the first round of counselling. You would need to apply for the waiting list, and in the 2nd or 3rd round of councelling you could get the above mentioned branches. You won't be able to get the branches of automobile engineering, electrical and electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, and branches like computer Science, electronics and communications, computer and communication, information technology are not to be considered.
