Students have to meet the IIIT Dharwad eligibility to get admission in the institute. The specifics may change. The basic eligibility is as below:

  • IIIT Dharwad UG eligibility - Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 75%
  • IIIT Dharwad PG eligibility - UG degree in relevant field
  • IIIT Dharwad PhD eligibility - PG degree in relevant field

No, IIIT Dharwad generally does not offer direct admissions for any of its programmes. Students have to meet the admission requirements to get admission in the institute. Even for merit-based programmes, such as M.Tech by Research, it is important to fulfil basic eligibility.

IIIT Dharwad admissions are highly competitive. An average student may get admission in the institute. However, this requires students to get a good score in accepted exam or perform exceptionally well in the selection rounds as per the programme. Students can start preparing well in advance. With right planning, an average student can get admission in IIIT Dharwad.

KCET exam is not compulsory for NEET UG exam. However, KCET registration or UGCET registration is mandatory for candidates who want to participate in the Karnataka NEET Counselling. Candidates need to clear the NEET exam and should be KCET/ UGCET registered to take admissions to medical/ dental/ AYUSH seats.

 IIIT Raichur JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI quota ranged from 12624 to 89745, according to the first and last round closing ranks. As per the last round closing cutoff, the most and least competitive BTech specialisations were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and BTech in Mathematics and Computing, respectively.

IIIT Raichur cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various All India categories. For the BTech CSE course, the General AI category faced an overall cutoff varying between 31744 and 65543

On the other hand, for the OBC AI quota, the first and last round closing ranks were 12624 and 79652, respectively. See the list of pointers below to know the closing cutoff range for other categories.
