The highest rank acceptable in 2025 was 16737 for the General AI category. So, students who have a rank below 16737 have a better chance of admission in the MBA/PGDM course. Students should know that the cutoff for other categories will vary.

"The infra for the courses is very good. We have many facilities in Christ University Bangalore like all-time Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms & library are fully air-conditioned. The environment is clean & calm. Medical facilities are available for both UG & PG students & faculty. Many hostels are also available for students."

If you're a Diploma student from outside Karnataka applying for lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech in Bangalore, the following colleges could be considered:
1. R. V College of Engineering – Offers good placements; however, limited and tough lateral entry admissions.
2. BMS College of Engineering – Academic standards are high with decent placements too.
3. M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology – Renowned for its Computer Science and Information Technology streams.
4. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering – Has good infrastructure with opportunities for placements.
