A pass in graduation from any stream with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC) from a recognised board is required to apply for RCM Bangalore MBA and PGDM courses. Candidates need to hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.

MBA is a two-year course available in seven specialisation subjects as stipulated by Bangalore North University. Check the MBA specialisations below:

MBA and PGDM are two-year courses divided into four semesters. RCM Bangalore offers PGDM and MBA in seven specialisations each as per AICTE and Bangalore North University guidelines, respectively. MBA and PGDM are dual specialisations courses offered at the PG level. RCM Bangalore also offers MBA + IBC and PGCM + IBC. IBC is the International Business Certifications from Switzerland.

During the BTech placement campaign at IIIT Dharwad in 2023, an average package of INR 11.52 LPA was provided. The maximum package available was INR 35 LPA. During the recruitment drive, 68% of the BTech candidates were placed. Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Samsung, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, IndiaMart, Nagarro, and Mindtree were the top IIIT Dharwad recruiters in 2023.

All candidates who have qualified JEE Mains can apply for JoSAA Counselling and seat allotment process. The seat allotment will be done based on the rank secured by the candidates, their preferences of colleges and branches, and seat intake of the institutes.

The curriculum of BTech at IIIT Dharwad is designed in the Outcome Based Education framework. Each BTech specialisation is an ideal mix of the following components:

• Foundational theory and core subjects (30%)
• Breadth in engineering, mathematics and sciences (25%)
• Soft skills and humanities (10%)
• Contemporary elective subjects in applied areas (25%)
• Project-based learning through a series of projects (10%)

The last semester of the programme does not have any coursework so that students can carry out major project and pursue full semester internship.
