  1. Class 10 marksheet/ Certificate

  2. Class 12 marksheet/ certificate

  3. Entrance exam scorecard
  4. Recent coloured passport-size photo

  5. Any one of the following Government issued Identity Card:
    a) Driver's License

Naturally, older IITs like IIT Kharagpur have a vast alumni network and much higher salary packages, with peaks reaching over INR 2 crore, compared to Dharwad's the highest package of approximately INR 40-52 LPA. In BTech branches at IIT Dharwad, seats are distributed across multiple disciplines. Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Mechanical Engineering with 62 seats each.
