Few are some of the major rules for having the domicile of Karnataka to get into MBBS or BDS courses in Karnataka:
1. Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a government or government recognised school of Karnataka.
2. Candidate should have studied in one or more government or government recognised school of Karnataka for consecutive 7 years anywhere between 1 to 12th standard.
3. Candidate's and their parent's mother tongue should either be kannada, kodava or tulu and the parents must have a domicile of Karnataka. The Candidate need to pass the Kannada Language Test, conducted by KEA.

Namaskar. Although, you haven't mentioned your category, I would answer your query. In 2019, the cutoff for state quota was AIR 241283 and in 2020, it was 289640.

Hi. The fee structure of arts for private colleges ranges from 4 Lacs per Annum to 5 Lacs Per Annum for the entire course duration whereas for government colleges it goes around from Rs 14000 to Rs 45,000 per year.
