If you want to pursue MBA then the college you are selecting should have a good teaching, infrastructure, activities, additional courses, and the placements. So based on all these aspects you have to select the colleges comparatively. And you have to also keep in mind that you have to enjoy your college life too which adds up to your peace of mind in writing the finals. Otherwise you cannot clear the main exam without peace of mind.

You have not mentioned the course in which you want to take admission at a government college. You cannot get admission to a government medical college for MBBS with 450 marks in 2A category, but you can get into a government dental college for BDS. This is because in previous years, the minimum score required to get admission to MBBS was more than 500, even for 2A category candidates with HK certificates. You can get admission to Government Dental College Bangalore for BDS with your NEET score as per the previous year's cut-off score.

You have to check for the eligibility first if you are applicable for the said course and then you have to appear in the entrance test namely Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET), conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).
You will get the admission based upon your selection in the list.

According to your information, you have very little chance to get admission to Raichur for Computer Science and Engineering or Electronics Communication and Engineering branch. Also, the result depends on your domicile, and what you have not shared. However, you may get admission to Solapur in Computer Science and Engineering or Electronics Communication and Engineering branch. The distance between Raichur to Solapur is only 225km. Career in agriculture is best option. The top most colleges of Karnataka are IIHR, IIPM, University Institute of agriculture Sciences. But if you want to choose best private University then I would suggest you to go for Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is top most Private University in India and is NACC A+ afflicted. This is has good academic record and is research oriented. There is a huge farmland to learn about the practical implementation to the agriculture. They also have good placement record.
