Well, about the management quota. The best way to approach would be to talk in person with the college authorities. Set up an appointment through phone and talk to them in person. The possibility of getting a seat varies depending on vacancy, which course etc. Start the discussions early on, is my opinion.

The best would be to meet the College admissions department in person. Set up an appointment through phone and then meet them. Have all the education details and rank and marks ready. Phone numbers to talk and take an appointment is found on the college websites. Just that, start it early. Do not wait till the end.
