Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses offer more than 30 specialisation in the four-year engineering programme. Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE/TNEA. The basic eligibility criteria for enrolling into BTech at Karunya University is a candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics
