Accepted documents for KEAM nativity proof:

  1. Birth Certificate, SSLC, or Passport (showing Kerala as birthplace)
  2. Parent's Birth Certificate, SSLC, or Passport (showing Kerala as birthplace)
  3. AIS officer certificate (Kerala cadre) + proof of parent-child relationship
  4. Nativity Certificate from revenue officials

No. There is no upper age limit in KEAM for Engineering, Architecture B.Pharm, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS and BUMS Courses.

The KEAM eligibility is same as all other courses for Bpharm candidates. However, the acdemic criteria should be as follows:

  • Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or Examinations equivalent thereto with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually are eligible.

Candidates seeking admission to professional courses will be categorized into following domicile:

Keralite: A candidate of Kerala origin is classified as a 'Keralite'. Additionally, children of All India Service (AIS) officers (non-Keralites) who are allotted to the Kerala cadre are also considered 'Keralites' under G.O. (Rt) No. 822/08/H. Edn. dated 29/05/2008. However, they are not eligible for Communal/Special/Persons with Disabilities reservations or any fee concessions.

Candidates claiming reservation under Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes quota should upload caste/community certificate from the Tahsildar concerned before the last date of KEAM application form submission.

No. In KEAM application fee payment, SEBC candidate will be treated as General. Thus no concession is available or them in KEAM application fee payment.

Yes, In Kerala, allotment to all medical courses including Ayurveda, Homoeo, Agricultural, Fisheries, Unani, Veterinary,  Sidha etc. is based on the NEET (UG) rank. So, those candidates who wish to be considered for the allotment in Medical Courses should be qualified in NEET and are required to apply for KEAM.

Yes. During scrutiny of application, if there are any defects found in the application, such as photograph, signature,  certificate, etc. a Memo will be made available in the KEAM application portal, the date of which will be announced through Notification. Candidate can view the Memo by signing in to the candidate portal. Candidate must rectify the defects within the stipulated time published by CEE.

You can complete the online KEAM application form in step by step procedure (5 steps). Check the 'Pay Application Fee' tab in home page whether the color is green or not. If it doesn't turn green, your KEAM application fee payment has not been successful. The 'Upload Images and Certificates 'session will be activated only after paying the require KEAM application fee.

On successful payment of the KEAM application fee, the candidate will be guided to the page of Uploading Images and Certificates (Sep-4). You can also visit Home page of KEAM Application Portal wherein you will find the 'Pay Application Fee' step at the top turned green and you would be able to complete the remaining steps.
