The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Mains attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile, we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Domicile and caste certificate are not mandatory from the 12th standard state. Only the criterion is that, from wherever you opt 12th will be considered for your home state quota seats.

And also, salary varies from company to company. On an average, an IT engineer can expect a salary of 20k-25k during training and for core, branches are generally less.
