With 104/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams and 91% score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in good government colleges.

Your percentage is less, therefore, you have less chances to get admission here. You can apply for the admission.

As per my knowledge, your state rank may be 4000 approximately.
And, category rank may be 20,000 approximately.

It is quite a good score. But, Application process for admission start in the month of June and are based on merit of the students at 10+2 level. Then, Students who are shortlisted for admission are called up for the Interview round. So, it is not sure what merit will goes. But it is more than 80%. Best wishes.
