Yes, a person is free to apply for an MBA programme with the acrylic called equivalence certificate. Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha awards the Sahithyacharya degree which is approved by the AIU to have a place with the bachelor's degree. AIU will issue an equivalence certificate to your documents and this costs approximately INR 5,000. Recipients of B.Ed degree course from distance mode from Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha in the UAE is the Degree is valid only if it gets accredited in UAE Ministry of Education and from Knowledge and Human Development Authority of Dubai. Even though KHPSA is approved institution in India and recognised body under the Consortium of Akhil Bharathiya Hindi Sanstha Sangh New Delhi an organisation formed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India KHPSA is yet to be recognised in UAE its degree may not be recognised in the UAE. The best thing to do would be to contact the UAE Ministry of Education or more likely the KHDA
