The university also offers LE entry to BPharm courses. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to BPharm courses is that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the medical/ non-medical stream with an aggregate of 50%.

Admission to BSc courses at Kerala University of Health Sciences is purely merit-based. To get admission into BSc courses, candidates are required to complete their basic eligibility criteria, which state that candidates must have completed their Class 12 with PCB and English as subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised board of education. (Relaxation of marks for SC/ ST and SEBC candidates as per the government norms.) Additionally, applicants' age should be not less than 17 years.

Moreover, the number of seats may be increased or decreased by the university, and final category-wise seats will be calculated and displayed at the time of counselling.
