Yes, candidates can apply for BSc courses at a college affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences through a single application. Moreover, candidates are required to choose multiple affiliated colleges and BSc courses. However, only those BSc specialisations can be selected that are part of a centralised admission process conducted by KUHS. The minimum marks requirement to get admission in BSc MRT in KUHS is 50% in 12th PCB with 95% marks in 12th, you seem to have a good chance of getting admitted to this course.

No, Kerala University of Health Sciences does not accept admissions through CUET. Kerala University of Health Sciences conducts its own entrance exam. They rely on other entrance exams like KEAM (for undergraduate courses).
